Our commitment
We aim to make petscares.net usable for customers with a range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Clear language, accessible navigation and understandable checkout steps are priorities as the store is developed.
Features we aim to support
We seek to use semantic headings, readable text contrast, descriptive buttons, keyboard-operable navigation, form field labels, appropriately described product images and error messages that explain how to correct an issue. We aim to avoid relying on colour alone to convey important information.
Current status
We work towards accessible product information, shopping and support. We do not currently claim certification against a particular version of the WCAG standard. Some third-party checkout elements and product media may have accessibility limitations, and we welcome reports so that they can be investigated and addressed.

Tell us which page or step caused difficulty and which alternative format or support would help. We will make reasonable efforts to assist and will meet any accessibility duties that apply to our business.
